We’re tippmee Limited (‘we’, ‘our’, ‘us’) and operate under the name tippmee. We operate a cashless tipping solution for Private Hire Drivers (Licensed Taxi Drivers)
This notice explains how and why we use your personal information when you open an account and use our service, Headrest Cover, Card or QR code or any other style of products we offer.
Information you give us through our sign-up form

- Bank account number
- Sort Code
- Name as written on your bank card
- Home address
- Mobile number
- Email address
The log in credentials and settings you choose, so we can give you the services you ask for safely. Your profile name and picture if you add one is optional.
Who you are?
Addition information via email or WhatsApp
In order to run our service safely for all our customers, we ask for a copy of your PCO license (cab drivers only) or a copy of your Driving license and Bank Statement. You can simply attach these to your confirmation email and reply. We will need to make sure all your personal information matches.
We will monitor your account and tips you collect through our admin dashboard to make sure everything is running smoothly.
This information is stored securely and is not shared with any 3rd party.
Your Bank Details
We do not store or save your personal bank details or your tips on the tippmee server. Your Bank details and any money transactions are secure through our Payment Platform partner
